Founded in 1999, Minchin Fellows Estate Agents emerged with a clear vision of offering something different to the traditional estate agency market. Today, Minchin Fellows is a well-respected business concentrating on sales, lettings and mortgages, with a focus on marketing and branding client homes, making them stand out from others in the marketplace.

What was our objective?


Minchin Fellows asked us to develop an updated brand identity, and design a new website that truly reflected their in-branch customer experience. They also asked us to provide a way of continually updating the website, ensuring fresh content and news could be easily updated and added and to implement website analytics for them to be able to thoroughly understand their user’s behaviour.

Their new website and refreshed brand, was launched six weeks after our initial meeting with Philip and his team. They have received a very positive response from the industry and most importantly their customers. The implementation of web analytics has provided the estate agency with new insights into the business and their Customer behaviour.

Following the launch, we have continued to develop content strategies for Minchin Fellows, providing continuous improvements to the website, and advising on their digital marketing activities.
